Managing Director / Owner
Mr Kerry Ambrose-Pearce
Kerry has worked for over 30 years in the automotive industry, starting firstly in 1969 with GMH at Elizabeth in SA working his way up to SA/NT Sales Manager. In 1980 Kerry then joined the Sutton Motors Group as General Manager of their Darwin Holden dealership. In 1988 Kerry purchased the dealership from the Sutton Group and has never looked back. The dealership now boasts Holden, Nissan, Daihatsu, Mazda, Jaguar and Rover franchises as well as two large used vehicle sites. Kerry owns the land and buildings that house the dealership and all used vehicle stock. In the past four years Kerry has purchased a number of adjoining properties with the last purchase currently being settled (May 2005) now allowing him to begin redeveloping the entire site. Kerry also owns the Darwin Autobarn franchise, as well as a half share in Airpower a truck and industrial machinery sales and service centre. Airpower has over 35 franchises including Isuzu and International trucks, Clark Bobcat, Ditchwitch, and Kubota Equipment.
Kerry has also worked on the board of several large Territory based organisations, was the chairman of the MTAA (NT) and is a strong base for community activities through being a Rotary Member for over 25 years and currently Vice Chairman of the Government House Foundation. Kerry currently sits on the board of MTAA(NT), MTAA Superannuation Fund and is the current President of the Australian Automotive Dealer Association.

Mr Vanya Andropov B Bus. (Mgt/Mkt)
Vanya holds a business degree with a dual major of Management and Marketing and over 10 years experience in the finance industry. Vanya began at Westpac’s legal/compliance division before moving into Westpac’s Commercial Banking. A three and a half year stint at Toyota Finance gave a excellent grounding in all facets of a finance company through positions in retail sales, collections, acceptance, compliance and finally as Fleet Sales Manager for two years. A year as Marketing Manager at one of Delfin’s largest projects provided excellent experience in report generation, advertising design and implementation and management experience before taking up the position as the GMAC rep in Darwin. This position established a relationship with the Holden Dealership where he has been employed with the group for nearly 6 years, firstly as Group Finance and Insurance Manager and now as Director of SPNT Pty Ltd.

Mrs Vicky O’Callaghan
Vicky joined our company early 2003, bringing with her 25 years experience in Human resources, finance and insurance industry. For the past 15 years Vicky was the Retail Operations Manager for the Northern Territory Credit Union where she was responsible for managing all aspects of customer service and delivery, including managing all sales staff and company training. Vicky has been appointed to manage new business and foster high level relationships with existing clients. Additionally, she will be accountable for the performance and training of Relationship Managers and finance staff.

Miss Regan O’Callaghan
Regan previously worked in the Insurance industry for 10 years, starting her career with CIC in Darwin where her team was awarded the inaugural 'claims team of the year' for SA/NT. Regan moved to Adelaide and commenced with RAA as a claims officer for 3 years before accepting a Business Relationship Managers position in SPNT Brisbane office in February 2005.
With our significant growth and Regan’s outstanding performance in managing the relationships within her large and growing employer base, Regan was promoted to her new role of Training and Business Relationship Support Services. Regan is now in charge of Training and managing SPNT base of Business Relationship Manager ensuring they receive consistent and ongoing training and support. Regan is committed to enhancing performance improvement measures and providing seamless and responsive service to all our clients through her team of Business Relationship Managers (BRM's).
