When it comes to the administration of the service you have a dedicated Business Relationship Manager (BRM) who is always available to work on site to support your administration team. This BRM takes away all staff enquiries about Salary Packaging and administers the complete outsourcing of salary packaged items. This in itself can free up valuable resources with your HR/payroll and accounts departments.

SPNT provides an invoice each pay period which provides a break-up per employee showing all relevant FBT required for collection and the net claimable GST. SPNT provides different formats to different employers depending on their administration requirements. We work with you to ensure our systems are aligned with yours. Group Information Seminars

On deciding to go ahead with salary packaging SPNT firstly provide on or off site group information seminars. These sessions have a dual function. One to introduce salary packaging as a reward and recognition program for all employees making sure all staff are aware of the great benefits provided by the employer. And secondly to provide your employees with an overview of the benefits available through salary packaging including simple real life examples. SPNT provide all invitations in the form of a ‘Good News Bulletin’ which can either be distributed in payslips or emailed.

These are free individual assessments providing information on the benefits available including obligation free quotes. From these sessions employees will have a complete understanding of the items available and the exact cost to their take home pay.

SPNT Assist

SPNT has established ‘SPNT Assist’ whose sole responsibility is to ensure your employees save time and money when starting a package and also during the package year. The department searches for vehicles; new and used and IT equipment, and can check an employee’s vehicle insurance policy each year to ensure not only the best price but that the policy best suits your needs. This service is not only available to your employees but also their families making it a great extra service to reward staff with.
